Product Manager, Lead Generation

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Lead Generation advertiser-facing products.
• Define and evolve Snap's lead generation product approach, including privacy-resilient solutions and measurement roadmap alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Formats, Ranking, Targeting, and PMM to drive cohesive execution.
• Ensure a high-quality advertiser experience across campaign creation, management, and performance.
• Drive informed product decisions through A/B testing, experimentation, and quantitative analysis.
• Engage with Sales, advertisers, and Support to identify new opportunities and surface challenges.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company (or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience).
• Proven expertise in lead generation and building ad products that drive revenue at scale.
• Experience working with small and medium businesses (SMBs).
• Analytical fluency in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio.
• Strong systems thinking regarding the ads stack, including targeting, bidding, and auction mechanics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle, including prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
• Ability to align stakeholders from engineering and data science to executive leadership in a matrixed organization.
