Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development for core LayerZero infrastructure and API surfaces, including vision, roadmap, requirements, and execution.
• Partner closely with engineers to understand technical constraints, review code-level designs, and participate in architectural discussions.
• Drive alignment across teams by communicating vision, use cases, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain clarity on user needs by engaging with developers, partners, and integrators to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Break down ambiguous problems, validate assumptions, and ensure the team is solving the right problems.
• Advocate for design quality and usability within deeply technical workflows.
• Unblock engineering teams and take end-to-end ownership of product outcomes.

Requirements

• Computer science degree or equivalent technical background.
• 2–5+ years of software engineering experience with the ability to lead technical discussions.
• 3–6+ years of product management experience, specifically owning API, developer, or infrastructure products.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, low-process, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Web3 or with distributed systems.
• Experience building and shipping developer-focused platforms.
