About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze competitive device pricing daily across all intelligence channels
  • Prepare pricing recommendations covering financial impact, risk, and strategic value for cross-functional leadership
  • Collaborate with product teams to action market updates, new device launches, and funding opportunities
  • Execute go-to-market communications and maintain Koodo pricing grids and configurations
  • Manage physical retail offers and ensure strict adherence to monthly and quarterly budgets
  • Contribute to budget and outlook-setting by preparing hero device offer guidelines and investment estimates
  • Provide channel marketing support and guidance to web merchandising teams for priority devices

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, pricing, or commercial strategy within telecommunications, consumer electronics, or CPG
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and ROI analysis
  • Proven ability to synthesize competitive intelligence into actionable insights and written recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and pricing grid management
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with finance, device, and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication skills for preparing briefs and GTM communications for internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with wireless device financing models, trade-in strategies, and upgrade mechanics
  • Experience with Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) device programs and promotional planning
  • Understanding of CRTC regulatory requirements related to device pricing and MSRP disclosure
  • Knowledge of OEM go-to-market calendars and device launch cycles
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics
