Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of Drywall Systems within lightweight facade systems across the EMEA region
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans and manage the full process from ideation to go-to-market
• Drive system development initiatives by working closely with EMEA and local Product Management, Project Management, R&D, and commercial teams
• Monitor global construction trends and identify customer and market needs to create innovative system solutions
• Support market positioning and launch strategies through competitor analysis and legal/intellectual property considerations

Requirements

• More than 10 years of business experience in commercial roles
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and product management
• Customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary and global stakeholders
• Proactive attitude and high level of independence
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in English

• Experience in facade systems
• Additional language skills
