About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the EMEA product strategy for gypsum boards aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept development to launch and end-of-life decisions
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and differentiation strategies
- Create value propositions, commercial tools, and documentation for EMEA use
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D and local commercial teams
- Monitor and drive product performance regarding sales, profitability, and market share
Requirements
- More than 10 years of business experience in commercial roles
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and product management
- Customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the EMEA region
- Proactive attitude and high level of independence
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English
