Product Manager - Kinexys Payments, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including strategy, roadmap development, and commercialization of Kinexys Payments solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Sales to ensure regulatory and operational alignment
• Lead product ideation and prioritize features through structured frameworks to build consensus with senior stakeholders
• Define and evolve client servicing and investigations models to deliver a best-in-class client experience
• Collaborate with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, client value propositions, and supporting materials
• Conduct market sizing, pricing strategy development, and growth planning to support investment decisions
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to maintain market leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, payments, financial services, or enterprise fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or an equivalent discipline
• Demonstrated experience in payments, cash management, Transaction Banking, or digital financial solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect market opportunities to product execution
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in blockchain, digital assets, or distributed ledger-based payment solutions
• Familiarity with client onboarding, investigations workflows, and payments servicing models
• Technical understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, or platform-based architectures
• Experience using data analytics and AI tools to enhance decision-making and automate processes
