Kinetic Automation is pioneering effortless modern vehicle repair. Kinetic uses proprietary AI and autonomous robotics technology to automate vehicle maintenance and simplify repair administration for collision shops, dealerships, and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and detailed design for the Kinetic Ops Apps suite
• Manage interaction with customers and vehicle flow in service hubs
• Define internal workflows, feature designs, business logic, and software architecture
• Translate large, poorly-defined opportunities into concrete roadmaps, PRDs, design docs, and wireframes
• Ensure high reliability, usability, and professional execution of software products

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience in software product development (SaaS or B2B preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to define and prioritize complex product roadmaps
• Strong data analysis skills and a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams
• Ability to work in person in Oakland, CA

• Experience in cross-functional leadership (engineering, design, and operations)
• Interest in fast iteration cycles for deep-tech products
