Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from initial conceptualization and requirement gathering through to closed testing and public rollout
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for custom internal engineering tools and user-facing mobile e-commerce applications
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and engineering teams, including Flutter and backend developers, to ensure seamless agile delivery
• Champion the KILONEWTONS visual identity within digital products, ensuring a minimalist, photorealistic aesthetic and strict brand adherence
• Analyze market trends, gather user feedback during beta testing, and track key performance metrics to optimize product functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically overseeing mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, or enterprise software
• Strong technical acumen regarding cross-platform mobile development cycles and backend-as-a-service (BaaS) infrastructure
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and exceptional project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between structural engineering goals and digital software execution

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience managing products on the Google Play Console
