About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap and strategic objectives for the customer service operations technology platform.
- Lead the end-to-end product life cycle, including development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM platform.
- Partner with Tech Leads to ensure alignment between product vision, technical feasibility, and requirements.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring work focuses on maximum value and aligns with product strategy.
- Create comprehensive testing and implementation plans to ensure successful product delivery.
- Ensure all products meet legal, regulatory, risk, and control requirements.
- Act as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products that provide exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in delivering and scaling customer service operation technology products.
- Extensive experience working in complex software environments using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience in product backlog management, including prioritizing stories, epics, and themes.
- Expert-level knowledge of Agile principles, processes, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with hypothesis-driven development, product experimentation, and product analytics.
- Ability to communicate complex design, architecture, and roadmaps to both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of process mapping.
- Direct experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Customer Service operations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality and tools.
