Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and objectives for the customer service operations technology platform
• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle for CRM platforms within the International Consumer Bank
• Partner with Tech Leads to ensure alignment between product vision and technical feasibility
• Manage product backlogs, prioritizing stories, epics, and themes to maximize value
• Create comprehensive testing and implementation plans
• Ensure all products meet legal, regulatory, risk, and control requirements

Requirements

• Expertise in delivering and scaling customer service operation technology products
• Extensive experience in complex software environments using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven track record in product backlog management and prioritization
• Strong experience with hypothesis-driven development, product experimentation, and product analytics
• Ability to communicate complex design, architecture, and roadmaps to both technical and business audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of process mapping
• Direct experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Customer Service operations
• Knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality and tools
