Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers significant value to customers
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle for Claims, Disputes, Fraud, and Operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and strategic development
• Strong ability to define requirements and manage product value

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function or Line of Business
