Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and objectives for a core technical data platform within the International Consumer Bank.
• Own the end-to-end product life cycle, ensuring critical data is delivered accurately to finance, treasury, and regulatory systems.
• Translate complex business needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Partner with Tech Leads to align on technical vision, including data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Ensure the platform adheres to all legal, regulatory, risk, and control requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as data accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence.
• Lead agile teams through iterative discovery and delivery sprint cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced software development environment using Agile/Scrum.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and scaling technical platforms or data products (e.g., data pipelines, APIs, or integrations).
• Strong technical depth in software delivery, workflow patterns, and data concepts.
• Expertise in planning, prioritizing, and maintaining complex product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory expectations within financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Basic troubleshooting skills, including writing SQL queries and reviewing log files.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data platforms serving finance, accounting, treasury, or AML functions.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, lineage, and reconciliation concepts.
• Experience building configurable, rules-driven platform products.
• Background in financial technology or the banking sector.
• Experience applying AI to real-world workflows with a focus on safety and explainability.
