Product Manager - Investment Compliance Technology

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise risk, investment compliance enablement, and LRC platform integrations.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities in trade/transaction compliance, surveillance, and exception management.
• Lead discovery and definition activities, including process mapping, user journey mapping, and translating requirements into actionable user stories.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from solution design and build oversight through testing, UAT, and post-launch support.
• Define and govern integration and data patterns across LRC platforms and enterprise systems to ensure auditability and reliability.
• Coordinate cross-platform dependencies and sequencing with other product owners and platform teams.
• Maintain delivery discipline using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to track milestones and risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technology experience in risk, investment compliance, or related control functions within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated experience supporting trade and transaction compliance processes and related control workflows.
• Proven track record of delivering integration-heavy solutions involving middleware, APIs, or data environments.
• Strong experience with process mapping and user journey mapping.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code platforms, specifically Pega.
• Experience with enterprise risk or GRC platforms such as Archer.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts, including lineage, reconciliation, and reporting controls.
• Experience applying automation and AI to improve risk transparency and reporting.
