About the role
Responsibilities
- Support product testing including usability, functionality, and bug tracking for robotics products
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning and differentiation
- Create and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, PRDs, and marketing specs
- Assist with project schedule management and issue reporting across teams
- Coordinate with Compliance, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams
- Gather voice-of-customer feedback and support user interviews for product improvements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in robotics, engineering, or business management preferred
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- High proactivity, learning mindset, and attention to quality assurance
- Strong organizational skills to manage diverse tasks efficiently
