Product Manager – Innovative Automotive Accessories

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and development of innovative automotive accessories for a global manufacturer
• Coordinate and animate various project stakeholders, including purchasing, suppliers, logistics, and manufacturing
• Manage the full development lifecycle of components, including validation and industrialization phases
• Oversee decision-making processes and consolidate necessary input data to ensure project progress
• Monitor and report on QCDP performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance) and alert teams to any deviations

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 7 to 10 years of industrial experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the automotive sector and vehicle development processes
• Solid technical skills in both mechanical and electrical engineering
• Operational proficiency in English
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
