Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor and coach for Product Managers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance
• Develop and implement standardized processes, frameworks, and best practices for product discovery and delivery
• Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the product organization
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with business goals and market opportunities
• Define and implement KPIs and metrics to measure product success and team performance
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by clearly articulating product vision, strategy, and progress
• Lead market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, including leadership and mentoring roles
• Strong ability to define and implement product management processes and standards
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Asana
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data-driven decision-making
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
• Availability for in-person work at fairs and events throughout the year
