Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for the GoEHS flagship product.
• Identify customer requirements and position GoEHS as the primary solution for HSE needs.
• Support business development by preparing sales collateral and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market insights to influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with development teams to align product enhancements with customer needs and compliance requirements.
• Manage CRM processes to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and accurate reporting.
• Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to maintain market competitiveness.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) domain, ideally with exposure to software solutions.
• Proven experience in sales, presales, or solution consulting within the HSE, ERP, or software space.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA accreditation or NEBOSH Certification.
• Experience bridging technical, functional, and commercial requirements in a software environment.
