Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Research customer pain points and industry gaps to develop product improvements and new features
• Partner with department heads on UX improvements, underwriting innovations, and marketing strategies
• Prioritize roadmap items and track delivery from product and engineering perspectives
• Maintain product discipline through documentation, demos, and NFR requirements
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and brand campaigns
• Drive execution of D2C strategies and new channel partnerships

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA degree
• 1-3 years of experience in product management
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
• Strong data manipulation skills
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
