Product Manager - II

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end data layer, including data warehouse roadmaps and data self-serve capabilities.
• Define and manage the roadmap for dashboards and reports, incorporating auto-insights and GenAI where applicable.
• Develop and manage platform predictive and prescriptive use cases to support debt transaction analysis.
• Conduct primary and secondary research with users to identify data-related gaps and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including data engineering, data science, and core engineering teams.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure developed capabilities meet business expectations.
• Drive user adoption of data capabilities for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Data Product Manager, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data and user feedback.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
