Product Manager II

Responsibilities

• Drive the research, development, and delivery of new capabilities and process improvements across 3rd party and custom-built software.
• Set strategy, roadmaps, and measurable goals for business systems, utilizing high-quality documentation to support the product life cycle.
• Own and optimize key company metrics related to operational efficiency, service reliability, and member experience.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Analysts to break down member and employee needs into detailed systems and process designs.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth global operations.
• Use AI tools to create prototypes and proofs of concept to accelerate development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to build and scale products.
• Experience with physical product logistics, e-commerce, or subscription-based business models.
• Experience designing and driving commerce business processes that integrate with platforms like NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to build consensus among cross-functional leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL, Amplitude, or Sigma for data analysis.
• Experience working within an international business environment in coordination with finance partners.
