About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for pharma and health media capabilities
  • Develop HCP targeting audience activation workflows and integrations with health-native DSPs
  • Conduct user feedback sessions to translate business problems into scalable product requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams on back-end systems, APIs, and data architectures
  • Embed privacy-by-design principles into health-specific data ingestion and measurement pipelines

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in pharma media and advertising
  • Expertise in HCP and DTC campaign strategy, planning, or buying
  • Knowledge of health media ecosystem, data partnerships, and targeting workflows
  • Experience managing complex product integrations with health-native DSPs
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, NAI health data guidelines, and FDA promotional requirements
  • Technical fluency in API design, data pipeline architecture, and identity resolution
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, legal, and engineering teams
