Product Manager II

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Core CRM capabilities, including discovery, definition, design, launch, and iteration
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and workflow analysis to translate dealership pain points into product requirements
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to align on scope, timelines, and execution
• Write clear product specifications, including PRDs, acceptance criteria, and user stories
• Monitor feature adoption, customer engagement, and usage trends to identify barriers and drive continuous improvement
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile execution to maintain team velocity and quality standards
• Define and report on success metrics and KPIs tied to business outcomes such as revenue, retention, and adoption

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products
• Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) from a top-tier institution
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product improvement
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building scalable systems and processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/ML product management experience
• Experience in the automotive retail industry or working with dealer/OEM data
• Prior experience with CRM, sales enablement, or lead management products
• Track record of shipping products that drive measurable customer adoption and revenue impact
