Product Manager II

Responsibilities

• Build customer empathy through qualitative and quantitative insights
• Define long-term product vision and quarterly roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to build scalable products
• Write high-quality product specifications and manage execution
• Define success metrics and drive improvements through data analysis
• Partner with banks, regulators, and vendors to co-build solutions

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience
• Strong product execution and prioritization skills
• Experience owning business metrics and customer outcomes
• Strong analytical thinking and experimentation mindset
• Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
• Systems thinking and platform orientation
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
