Product Manager II

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and maintain roadmaps that balance customer value with business impact
• Prioritize initiatives, features, and enhancements based on data, market opportunities, and strategic objectives
• Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, and UX teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories
• Conduct customer discovery, interviews, and market research to validate solutions and identify pain points
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market planning, positioning, and product launches
• Leverage AI tools to improve product management workflows and identify opportunities to incorporate AI into customer experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS or software environment
• Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing competing initiatives
• Strong customer discovery and research skills, including solution validation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, and Sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or transaction/contract management industries
• Familiarity with UX/UI concepts, user flows, and product design processes
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and platform-based SaaS products
• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate product workflows
