About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for core growth funnels, including acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention.
- Drive end-to-end product discovery, delivery, and iteration in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Analytics.
- Design and execute a high-velocity experimentation program by defining hypotheses and structuring A/B tests.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance leadership to align cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Write detailed product specifications and maintain accountability for execution quality from launch through post-launch iteration.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related role with a track record of measurable business impact.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Sigma.
- Direct experience managing DTC subscription products or digital consumer growth funnels.
- Proven experience running structured experimentation and A/B testing programs.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work onsite in our Boston, MA office.
