About the role
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between HR business processes and technical execution to optimize core HR application modules.
- Contribute to the HR Technology roadmap by identifying functional gaps and recommending feature enhancements.
- Translate user needs into clear technical specifications and define workflow logic for HR modules.
- Direct the functional configuration and feature-level delivery of assigned HR applications.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software releases match defined specifications.
- Partner with the PMO to ensure functional milestones align with overarching project schedules.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with technology vendors and track support tickets.
- Monitor and report on product adoption metrics to track employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support, configuration, or a product-related role.
- Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA regarding sensitive employee data.

- Experience managing digital HR workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
