Product Manager II - AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the product roadmap for the AI Platform and Talent Intelligence stack, translating complex technical problems into scalable solutions
• Expand core AI products including match scoring, skills engines, talent intelligence, and AI interviewing
• Define and monitor key data quality and model performance metrics to improve the talent intelligence graph
• Partner closely with engineering to define technical requirements and evaluate model outputs
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of AI systems and platform infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of product management experience in AI, data, or platform products OR 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML or software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or data analysis tools
• Hands-on familiarity with ML concepts such as model training, embeddings, ranking algorithms, or NLP
• Experience with platform-layer thinking, including APIs, data infrastructure, or microservices
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics for product and model quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of talent intelligence concepts, skills ontologies, or workforce analytics
• Experience with developer-facing products or HR tech platforms
