Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the contracting process year-round across assigned destinations and product portfolio
• Negotiate competitive rates, inclusions, and offers with travel, tourism, and accommodation partners
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term commercial success
• Identify new product opportunities and create compelling holiday packages
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of offers to support promotional activity
• Collaborate with airline partners to secure tactical airfare opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, Air, Finance, and Operations teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and destination performance
• Ensure accuracy of contracts, rates, and product information

Requirements

• Experience in travel product, contracting, tourism, or hospitality
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify value-driven opportunities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail
