Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Act within a platform team, maintaining high relationships with business teams dealing directly with user and courier experiences
• Work intensely with algorithms, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers
• Make decisions that directly impact the lives of couriers
• Focus on building the user and courier experience journey, promoting innovation

Requirements

• Experience in product management
• Experience in logistics or algorithms (routing, recommendation, risk detection)
• Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation (A/B testing)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies for product creation
• Intermediate to advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prototyping and design skills
• Ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders with a sense of ownership
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Innovative mindset to contribute to strategic solutions
