About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction for HR Service Delivery solutions built on ServiceNow
- Research and analyze HR technology trends, user needs, and the ServiceNow roadmap
- Manage the product backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories for HRSD features
- Design services based on employee intent and HR ownership
- Improve service efficiency, deflection, and resolution outcomes
- Partner with HR Operations to standardize and simplify service offerings
- Support automation and AI-enabled service improvements
Requirements
- 8-10 years of product management experience on service or workflow platforms
- Strong understanding of HR shared services or operations
- Experience defining and managing digital service catalogues
- Data-driven approach to service performance and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- User-centered mindset
- Ability to simplify complex service landscapes
