Product Manager, HR Data Platform

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global product vision for the HR Data Platform
• Build and manage a prioritized product roadmap
• Identify and prioritize high-impact data and AI use cases
• Design user experiences for HR Business Partners, Managers, Executives, and Data Analysts
• Integrate AI capabilities such as conversational interfaces and automated insights
• Structure data access levels including raw data, dashboards, and AI assistants
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure deliverable quality and relevance
• Coordinate dependencies with IT HR, Data Platform teams, and HR Process Owners
• Lead change management and adoption strategies
• Measure user adoption and satisfaction to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Significant experience in Data Product Management, analytics, or data platforms
• Proven ability to translate business needs into concrete data solutions
• Experience defining product roadmaps and managing backlogs
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
• Experience managing complex stakeholders (IT, business, leadership)
• Solid understanding of BI, dashboards, data platforms, and data pipelines
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI applications in data environments
• Knowledge of data privacy, AI ethics, and data security
• Experience in change management and user adoption

• Strong understanding of HR challenges and HR Analytics

• Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments
