About the Company

HqO is connecting real estate to the people with an asset agnostic, cross-property suite of powerful applications and services that foster best-in-class, dynamic end-user experiences. HqO’s REX (Real Estate Experience) Platform assesses the health and performance of a person’s experience within a physical space while providing the necessary tools for operators to manage and optimize it.

Responsibilities

• Own product area roadmap from discovery and opportunity sizing through prioritization, delivery, and adoption
• Partner with Engineering and Design in a squad model to make collaborative decisions
• Define and track key product metrics including DAU/MAU, feature adoption, and NPS
• Lead customer discovery sessions and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into product requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to align roadmap priorities with company goals
• Proactively use AI tools like LLMs and prototyping tools to accelerate work and explore user possibilities

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record shipping user-facing mobile or web products
• Strong data fluency and comfort with BI tools
• Solid instincts for user research and discovery
• Clear, direct communication skills for PRDs and stakeholder updates
• Active curiosity and experimentation with AI and LLM workflows
