Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a product pod, managing the backlog and driving the development of the Intelligence Layer and Context Graph
• Take technical ownership of architecture decisions, contributing to discussions on data pipelines, CDC, streaming, and schema management
• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, present product direction, and handle objections in real time
• Translate complex system behaviors into clear, understandable information for internal teams like Support, CS, and Solutions Engineering
• Define the "why" behind product features to ensure development aligns with customer needs and business impact

Requirements

• 6-8 years of product management experience, specifically with B2B platform or infrastructure products
• Strong technical depth with a CS degree or equivalent engineering background
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers without intermediaries
• Deep understanding of system design, data architecture, and engineering tradeoffs
• Exceptional structured communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an engineer-turned-PM
• Experience working at a Series A-C startup, balancing speed with quality
• Familiarity with the data integration and pipeline landscape
