Product Manager - Hematology

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-impact brand marketing plans tailored to local market needs and clinical practices.
• Lead launch planning and execution for new products or indications within the hematology portfolio.
• Manage existing product sales and drive sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, market access, and supply to ensure commercial success.
• Coordinate promotional and educational activities such as symposia, PR, and communications with medical societies.
• Monitor A&P expenses and prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business targets.
• Maintain regular contact with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders to support brand positioning and reimbursement.
• Ensure sales training materials are updated and aligned with key product messages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Proven ability to formulate and implement marketing plans independently.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.

• Previous experience in hematology or oncology marketing.
