Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including scoping effort, estimating timelines, and building competitive pricing
• Draft, negotiate, and close Statements of Work (SOW) within client frameworks
• Translate client requirements into technical configuration specs for document classification and extraction
• Direct and prioritize developer and engineering resources across concurrent micro-projects
• Ensure work product is delivered on time, on spec, and meets contracted accuracy and SLA levels
• Manage adherence to client and internal audit requirements, including AI attestation and security assessments
• Build reusable playbooks and templates to compress bid-to-delivery cycle times

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in BPO/professional-services delivery, solutions consulting, or program management
• Experience with document processing, IDP, OCR, or RPA/automation
• Proven ownership of commercial deals including scoping, pricing, and SOW negotiation
• Technical fluency in APIs, JSON, extraction models, and accuracy metrics
• Strong project management discipline for running multiple concurrent projects at high velocity
• Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IDP/OCR platforms such as ABBYY, Hyperscience, Rossum, Google Document AI, AWS Textract, or Azure Form Recognizer
• PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or PDMA certification
• Experience managing technical products within a services-based industry
