About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for the HERLITZ brand, from conception and development to market launch.
- Develop and launch new products, concepts, and projects on a global or regional scale.
- Manage existing product portfolios by optimizing ranges, managing lifecycles, and improving sales and profitability.
- Analyze internal data (BCG, sales, margins) to drive decision-making and define medium-term product roadmaps.
- Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing) and external suppliers to optimize launch processes.
- Define product pricing strategies and conduct economic, technological, and competitive monitoring.
- Support sales and trade marketing teams and engage with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business School, or an equivalent field.
- 4-5 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) product management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment with a willingness to travel.
