Product Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Increase marketplace matching efficiency by improving conversion and engagement metrics through data-driven recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and operations staff to match parents with child care providers.
• Drive acquisition, adoption, and retention for child care providers, parents, and teachers on the platform.
• Build and ship high-impact experiments quickly by leveraging AI and no-code tools.
• Analyze cohort data, growth loops, and retention metrics to identify and eliminate gaps in product offerings.
• Define OKRs, track progress, and communicate roadmap execution to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Synthesize user feedback into actionable product features and design scalable systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in scaling marketplace or consumer growth companies.
• Proven ability to iterate and ship solutions rapidly based on customer insights.
• Proficiency in leveraging OpenAI, DeepSeek, Zapier, SQL, and other automation tools to prototype and build.
• Strong product sense and judgment regarding prioritization to drive business growth.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days a week to facilitate high-intensity team collaboration.
