About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Snout vet directory, portal, and website as growth products, focusing on SEO, clinic discovery, and conversion optimization.
- Manage the end-to-end pet parent enrollment flow, including mobile UX and friction reduction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the clinic-facing experience, including onboarding and dashboard utility.
- Build in-product data layers and AI-powered experiences such as personalization, behavioral triggers, and predictive prompts.
- Define event instrumentation to ensure clean data feeds into product analytics and lifecycle systems like Customer.io and HubSpot.
- Run continuous experimentation across email and in-product touchpoints, including onboarding and renewal flows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product-led growth, or growth engineering.
- Proven track record of driving growth within B2B2C, health tech, fintech, or marketplace products.
- Experience managing or developing internal tooling and martech stacks.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to prototype using modern tools and write high-quality engineering specs.
- Proficiency in product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to act as both a strategist and a hands-on executor in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a founder, product marketing manager, or in general marketing.
- Experience building directory or marketplace products for local discovery.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Replit, v0).
- Proficiency with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Figma, Framer, Webflow, or Sanity.
