Product Manager, Growth, Scientific AI Models

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the scientific model platform, prioritizing models and features for fast, reliable, and cost-effective inference
• Define intuitive product experiences across UI and API for high-throughput runs and result analysis
• Work directly with customers to ideate use cases, gather feedback, and grow adoption of scientific AI models
• Help shape AI development at Benchling by driving experimentation and evolving product and GTM practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building technical or platform products
• Experience in scientific, ML/AI, or data-intensive domains
• Technical fluency in reading API specs and reasoning about system tradeoffs
• Strong analytical skills to drive product decisions and measure adoption
• Collaborative mindset for working with engineers, scientists, and GTM teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly iterating environment
