Product Manager – Growth

Responsibilities

• Own user growth strategy for the AI Agent product across the full funnel including acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
• Design and run product-led growth experiments such as A/B tests on onboarding, features, messaging, and pricing
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Content to ship growth experiments fast
• Use data and insights to continuously improve user experience and growth outcomes
• Package complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-perceived-value user experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth-focused roles
• Strong data intuition with hands-on experience running experiments and analyzing funnels
• Proven ability to turn user behavior insights into concrete product improvements
• High bar for UX, interaction, and visual design quality
• Strong interest in lowering the learning curve and adoption barrier of AI products
