Product Manager - Growth Enablement

Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap to unlock conversion, activation, retention, and market scalability
• Translate platform investments into business outcomes through incremental shipping and clear hypotheses
• Embed AI into the product experience where it materially improves patient outcomes
• Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in-product surfaces via CMS and content infrastructure
• Build a tech stack that enables launching new markets in weeks rather than months

Requirements

• Solid Product Management experience with a focus on platform, growth, data, or infrastructure
• Ability to balance technical infrastructure with user experience and commercial growth metrics
• Experience working with data teams, including event tracking, user identity, and data models
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align engineering, data, design, and growth teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build sequenced roadmaps from high-level goals

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with multi-market platform thinking
• Experience building personalisation engines
