Giga is an AI platform building the next generation of customer experience through real-time AI agents. Recently having raised a $61M Series A, Giga works with Fortune 500 customers like DoorDash to automate complex support and operations workflows across voice, chat, and email.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap toward 98% automation of support tickets and operations workflows
  • Drive product strategy for self-improving agents and multi-party orchestration
  • Lead product vision for the no-code/low-code agent configuration platform
  • Partner with engineering on architecture decisions and technical tradeoffs for sub-500ms latency systems
  • Build deep relationships with Fortune 100 customers to translate feedback into agent capabilities
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on model integration and prompt optimization

Requirements

  • 5+ years combined experience in product management and software engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on professional coding experience as a software engineer
  • Strong technical foundation in distributed systems and architectural discussions
  • Experience with real-time systems such as voice, video, or messaging
  • Enterprise product experience involving B2B sales cycles and platform thinking
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to drive decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI/ML product experience with LLMs or conversational AI
  • Experience with developer tools, APIs, or SDKs
  • Proficiency with Python for prototyping and data analysis
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Domain knowledge in contact centers or customer support
