Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for core data and analytics platforms
• Translate business goals into problem statements and outcome-oriented use cases
• Partner with technology leadership to evaluate build vs. buy decisions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to capture and prioritize enhancements
• Facilitate requirements sessions and maintain a prioritized backlog in Jira
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to design and deliver data products
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and oversee execution with business partners
• Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption and business impact
• Contribute to data governance practices including definitions and access controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or business intelligence products
• Familiarity with data warehouses, BI/visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI), and ETL processes
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
