Responsibilities

• Plan overall roadmaps by unpacking cross-functional initiatives into specific workstreams and schedules
• Create and drive the strategic vision for the product while enabling continuous improvement
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with company strategic goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to align development with business timelines
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers, and monitor overall team health
• Communicate complex engineering issues and ensure paths for resolution
• Manage and balance team resources to drive growth and innovation
• Define data-driven performance metrics to monitor platform reliability and availability
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Fintech space to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a relevant field
• 2+ years of product management experience in fintech or related industries
• Experience with the end-to-end product management life cycle
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Experience with business requirement analysis, product design, and user acceptance testing
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a data-driven approach
• Proven success in launching new products or features in fintech, ecommerce, or startup environments
• Experience with financial products like payments, lending, or investments is a plus
