About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full funnel from signup through sustained engagement, with a mandate to reimagine the onboarding experience.
- Dramatically improve how users find success by designing experiences that meet their specific roles and use cases.
- Lead AI-powered personalization across setup, in-product guidance, and re-engagement.
- Build a rigorous experimentation practice and drive fast learning cycles across the team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship cohesive, adaptive user experiences.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of product management experience.
- Proven experience owning activation, onboarding, or retention metrics.
- Strong experimentation and measurement skills, including knowing when to use (and not use) A/B testing.
- Ability to lead and execute on AI-powered personalization strategies.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to connect solutions to real user problems.
- Ability to balance a big, ambitious vision with pragmatic, incremental delivery.
