Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ideation, design, and delivery of features for cross-platform video advertising.
• Define product strategy and direction for hybrid and linear ad decisioning products.
• Identify new product opportunities through market analysis and industry trend monitoring.
• Oversee engineering development efforts using agile methodologies to ensure functional and operational products.
• Partner with UX, sales, marketing, and client solutions to position products effectively.
• Build business cases for new features and prioritize needs based on team objectives and resource availability.
• Define and measure quantifiable success metrics for all owned products and features.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience delivering complex, customer-oriented solutions.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle for enterprise products or services.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate client requests into detailed designs and guide engineering through implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the digital advertising industry.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
