FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries like banking and insurance and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense, with expansion into logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and company goals
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog in collaboration with engineering, UX, sales, and customer success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to release
• Break down complex functionality into clear user stories, product specs, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
• Evaluate progress through ongoing iteration and analyzing user feedback and product performance data
• Guide the UI/UX design process and serve as the voice of the product internally and externally
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, SaaS, and digital experience

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Track record of delivering successful products across full lifecycles
• Experience shipping core features for two or more SaaS platforms or web/mobile products
• Technical fluency and comfort discussing software architecture and implementation trade-offs
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for scalability and structured thinking
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams or strong design instincts
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven and user-centric approach
• Fluency in English
