About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own feature-level delivery for the fleet planning tools portfolio, including FORCE, FAB, DMv3, and EFR automation.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements definition and acceptance criteria to launch and post-launch monitoring.
  • Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution to ensure tools perform correctly against business rules.
  • Translate policy changes into system requirements, test cases, and validation plans.
  • Support data pipeline health for FMC data feeds by defining validation rules and business logic checks.
  • Act as the primary interface between fleet planners and engineering/science teams to translate operational needs into feature requests.
  • Maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and process flows.

Requirements

  • Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to use data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in product management within technology, operations, or data-intensive environments.
  • Ability to run UAT cycles and validate system outputs against complex business rules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in transportation, supply chain, or capacity planning.
  • Experience building and designing test cases and knowledge of various test methodologies.
  • Experience with data integration from external partners or third-party systems.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-country European environment.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) standards.
