Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of product line initiatives, including new product introductions, portfolio optimization, and pricing strategies.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Retail, Builder, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Sales Enablement channels.
• Serve as the category subject matter expert, maintaining a deep understanding of the product portfolio, brand positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Monitor market changes and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product introductions.
• Project manage new product introductions (NPIs) end-to-end across in-market channels.
• Partner with Operations to manage order phasing and forecasting for new launches and existing models.
• Track and report on product line performance and initiatives to Executive Management and global partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product or Category Management experience within consumer goods or CPG industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional product launches to market.
• Undergraduate degree or other relevant tertiary qualification.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to drive informed commercial decisions.
• Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
