Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of merchant-facing features to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify feature gaps, customer pain points, and emerging trends.
• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining features, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a product advocate to internal and external partners to drive product performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Drive optimization of product rollout and implementation through data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience in product management and data analytics.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience in product management and data analytics.
• At least 1 year of experience defining, developing, and launching products in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including creating data pipelines and queries.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting through the creation of interactive dashboards.
